Level 2 training will teach you how to turn around customer’s bump in the road and get them back to their next adventure.

Training for Level 2 certification builds off of Level 1 by providing you with the deep understanding and hands-on skills you need to successfully troubleshoot, diagnose and repair problems—no matter how unique—in all of an RV's components, including:

  • Propane
  • Electrical
  • Water
  • Appliances
  • Body
  • Generator
  • Chassis

Before registering for an in-person training, you must purchase a subscription. Please note these courses are first-come, first-serve, and inquiring about a specific training does not guarantee admission.

Get unlimited digital access

If you don't already have one, you must sign up for an Individual Subscription to continue your training. This subscription gives you access to RV Technical Institute's Level 1 and Level 2 online training courses and testing for a 12 month period.

Take the Certification Exam

Once you've completed your Level 2 training, the last step in your journey is to complete a two-part exam for each, one written and one skills-based (practical).
